What you'll receive:

  • 6 biweekly live sessions (90 - 120 minutes each)

  • Pre-recorded somatic practices for ongoing support

  • Science-backed education on nervous system regulation and capacity building

  • Live Conscious Connected Breathwork Ceremony for integration and emotional processing

  • Support between sessions (via community space and/or email check-ins)
