Deep Dive: Subconscious Processing and Reprogramming
3 Sessions of Conscious Connected Breathwork + Somatic Integration Support
This is your invitation to journey beneath the surface, into the subconscious layers of your soma and psyche where real transformation is waiting to happen.
Over three guided sessions, we’ll use Conscious Connected Breathwork to dive into the body, tend to your nervous system, and access the deeper beliefs, memories, and emotions that quietly shape your sense of self and your reality. From that space of deep presence and trust, we'll help to reprogram old patterns and embody new ways of being.
Between sessions, you’ll receive personalized somatic practices and integration support to help you stay connected to your process so that the insights from your sessions can become lived, embodied change.
This is for you if:
-
You’re ready to process trauma and unresolved emotional patterns held in your body.
- You're curious to explore and shift repeating stories of loss, disconnection, shame, stress, fear, anxiety, anger, and trauma.
-
You’re craving a grounded, embodied path of transformation.
-
You know you’re meant to live with more flow, trust, and self-connection.
- You're ready for lasting change.
Here is what past clients have said:
"Masha’s Breathwork sessions are pure magic! I’ve been feeling so much calmer and centered since I started. Her guidance is incredible - she creates such a safe and supportive space. I’m amazed at how much I’ve learned about myself through breathwork. Masha is an amazing coach, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their mental and emotional well-being", - Ian
"I have never experienced anything like this! I have been trying to meditate and do breathwork for the past year or so, but could never really fully understand the whole purpose of it. In 90% of the times, I would just get distracted, lost in my thoughts and either stop doing it or convince myself that it is probably not for me, as I can’t sit still for more than 15 minutes.Â
My breathwork session with Masha was truly incredible! Her approach to it, her music selection, soft but also powerful voice, her guidance and word selection, and most importantly her ability to make you feel and be kind to yourself without self-judgment was exactly what I needed", - Kate
"The connection with the subconscious through breathing was very unique. I was able to delve far into my inner self and the unconscious and discover feelings/emotions I was unaware I still carried", - Sandra
"With Masha’s tranquil guidance I was able to temporarily escape the confounds of the mind’s never-ending monologue and to hear what my body had to tell me. While this experience was intense, it brought clarity and with it a sense of relief and renewed purpose", - Julia
